Andrew Beamon

Andrew Beamon is an experienced professional in social impact, racial equity, and employee engagement strategy. He began his career as a management consultant with the Gallup Organization before transitioning to the nonprofit sector as the Director of Field Operations with the SCORE Association, and eventually, a senior leader for TD Bank Group’s North American corporate citizenship team. Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in hospitality and tourism administration from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. He received his Master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut, and he has completed Georgetown’s Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management Executive Certification and Boston College’s Certification in Strategic Corporate Citizenship Management. He currently resides back in his hometown, Waterbury, Connecticut.
