At the Center for Housing Opportunity (CHO), we believe equitable access to housing is key for thriving, healthy communities. We facilitate place-based, cross sector partnerships in different regions of Connecticut to produce, preserve, and protect housing for people of all incomes, ages, and backgrounds. CHO is a program of The Housing Collective, LISC Connecticut, and Partnership for Strong Communities.
Each regional Center in Fairfield County, Litchfield County, and Eastern Connecticut operates as a strategic partnership that brings together resources in advocacy, capacity building and convening, investment and lending, policy and practice, and research and data to address regional housing affordability.
