Fairfield County Talks Housing
Since 2020, The Fairfield County Talks Housing Program has been hosting resident-led, fact-based conversations about housing in southwestern Connecticut and across the state.
- Led by local residents and supported by the Fairfield County Center for Housing Opportunity, this initiative sparks community conversations about how housing and land use policies shape access to opportunity.
- Through these community conversations, the program aims to raise awareness and build understanding about how housing and land use policies can both provide and deny access to opportunity in our communities.
State Senator Bob Duff & State Representative Jason Rojas, moderated by Evonne Klein, discussed local housing policies and the potential special session in later 2025 at Sacred Heart University on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
