The Centers for Housing Opportunity operates on a collective impact model, forming and facilitating cross-sector partnerships to work towards a single goal: regional housing affordability. CHO is a strategic alliance between three core organizations: The Housing Collective, LISC Connecticut, and Partnership for Strong Communities, in partnership with place-based community foundations and anchor organizations in Fairfield County, Litchfield County, and Eastern Connecticut.
We serve low-income individuals and families from Tolland and Windham Counties. At the core of the Access mission is our belief in the dignity and value of every individual, regardless of social or economic status. We take a comprehensive approach to looking at the poverty-related issues of individuals and families and then develop individualized plans to help our clients overcome the challenges they face.

Greenwich Communities is the future of affordable housing. Formerly known as The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich, we are a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the ability to live in quality, affordable housing, giving residents access to opportunities, excellent schools, and all of the amenities this beautiful town of Greenwich has to offer.
Today, the agency provides emergency shelter for men and women, supportive housing for individuals and families, rapid re-housing, diversion services, a community kitchen, food pantry, youth development programs and mentoring. Our knowledgeable and innovative staff develops individualized case management plans with sustainable solutions so that everyone we serve has the opportunity to achieve and maintain an independent life.
The Authority's mission, in support of the City of Danbury, is to provide for safe, affordable and decent housing within the City of Danbury. The Authority manages seven communities totaling approximately 900 apartment units. Of the seven communities, four are located in the downtown area, five of the communities are family developments and four are senior/disabled developments.
Founded in 1879, Inspirica Inc. is one of the largest providers of housing and support services in the state of Connecticut and the largest in Fairfield County. Open Doors strives to make a direct impact in the greater Norwalk area by guiding every person in the cycle of homelessness towards housing stability. Our programs and services focus on eliminating hunger and homelessness, and are designed to help people solve their crises and build stability in an environment where compassion inspires dignity and hope.
Our mission is clear: Pacific House is committed to providing a safe overnight shelter for men and young adults who are homeless. We pair this with a wide range of support services to assist both men and women (via our day program only) achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency so that they might lead more fulfilling lives.
Park City Communities plays a critical role in Bridgeport by helping families who need affordable housing choices. We manage nearly 2,600 public housing equivalent units and 2,800 Section 8 vouchers, and are committed to developing new housing opportunities to meet the growing need.
