The Centers for Housing Opportunity operates on a collective impact model, forming and facilitating cross-sector partnerships to work towards a single goal: regional housing affordability. CHO is a strategic alliance between three core organizations: The Housing Collective, LISC Connecticut, and Partnership for Strong Communities, in partnership with place-based community foundations and anchor organizations in Fairfield County, Litchfield County, and Eastern Connecticut.
The Barkhamsted Housing Trust is made up of a group of volunteers who care deeply about the Town of Barkhamsted and its residents. They are a non-profit organization working to develop more affordable housing in our community.
The Department of Housing (DOH) strengthens and revitalizes communities by promoting affordable housing opportunities. DOH seeks to eliminate homelessness and to catalyze the creation and preservation of quality, affordable housing to meet the needs of all individuals and families statewide to ensure that Connecticut continues to be a great place to live and work.
Cornwall Housing Corporation (CHC) invests in affordable housing solutions by offering programs and services designed to develop, preserve, and sustain affordable housing throughout Cornwall, Connecutict. Our mission is to provide housing to young adults, families, and seniors in Cornwall, which is critically important especially for those that work and serve in our community. Our core focus is on creating and sustaining these housing options for our town.
The Vision of the Falls Village Housing Trust Inc. is to ensure affordable housing opportunities exist for all community members by expanding options for seniors, disabled individuals, young adults and working families who want to live in the town of Falls Village, Canaan, CT. The Trust is committed to maintaining the rural character and aesthetic charm of Falls Village.

Project SAGE (formerly named Women’s Support Services, Inc.), is a non-profit domestic violence agency serving Northwest
Connecticut and the surrounding communities in New York and Massachusetts. The mission of Project SAGE is to create social change to end interpersonal, relationship violence by challenging attitudes and beliefs about power, control, and gender norms and by advocating for victims and survivors. We work with women, men, teens and children.

The mission of the Roxbury Housing Trust is to promote, support and secure permanently affordable housing in the Town of Roxbury, CT.
Established as an Official Town Commission in 2010 by the Salisbury Board of Selectmen, the Affordable Housing Commission facilitates and promotes the creation of affordable housing in the town of Salisbury. We meet on the third Thursday of every month at 5:30 PM via Zoom.
The Salisbury Housing Committee (SHC) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that has been committed to building and managing affordable rental housing in Salisbury since the 1970s when local churches banded together to create Faith House. We now own and manage Faith House, Sarum Village, and Lakeview Apartments.
The purpose of this corporation is to pursue and achieve the goal of acquiring, building or renovating, and managing housing and related facilities affordable to low- and moderate-income families in the Town of Salisbury, and to do so with care and concern for the general wellbeing of these families and the community at large.
The Sharon Housing Authority (SHA) was established in 1987 thanks to the efforts of First Selectman Bill Wilbur and his successor Bob Moeller. Both of these men were focused on the growing need for affordable housing in Sharon. As a result, Sharon Ridge, a moderate-income affordable rental housing complex, was opened in January 1992. The success of this initiative is confirmed by the fact that these apartments continue to remain fully occupied.
The Sharon Housing Trust is dedicated to increasing the availability of affordable housing in Sharon, a small, largely rural, historic town in one of the least affordable regions of Connecticut.
Our mission is to strengthen the Town of Warren by creating affordable housing options that allow those of modest means to live in, and contribute to a successful, healthy and enduring community for residents of all ages.

The WCHT is a non-profit organization dedicated to establish and maintain affordable housing in the Town of Washington. With the help of Town, State and many generous donors, WCHT has developed 37 affordable apartments between its three properties.

The Washington Housing Commission was established by a prior Board of Selectmen in 2005 with the intent of creating a template to study, analyze, and prioritize the housing needs, both current and long term of the Town of Washington's citizenry and to recommend and facilitate the accomplishment of the comprehensive housing policies and goals.
